The Sino-French Advanced Humanities Exchange Mechanism (Quanzhou) International Forum on Food Culture, hosted by Jinjiang Catering Industry Association, was held in the conference hall on the third floor of Jinjiang Honor International Hotel. The visiting delegation from France and colleagues from all walks of life in the Chinese catering and culinary industry had in-depth exchanges on the gastronomic culture and talent mechanism of China and France and how Fujian cuisine should go out.
