The conference announced and commended the first batch of national five-diamond hotel restaurant demonstration stores, the first batch of national hotel outstanding managers, the first batch of national hotel restaurant outstanding reviewers, and the first batch of national hotel restaurant evaluation agencies advanced individuals. Our group (Fujian Honor Hotel Group) was selected as the first and only "National National Five Diamond Hotel Restaurant Demonstration Store" in Fujian Province. The National Hotel and Restaurant Rating Committee is organized by the Department of Commercial Reform and Development of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. The national-level restaurant is marked by "diamonds" and has 5 levels, among which "five diamonds" are national special-grade restaurants (white gold five diamonds are the highest top); "four diamonds" are national first-class restaurants; "three diamonds" are national Second-level restaurant; "Second Diamond" is a national third-level restaurant; "One Diamond" is a national fourth-level restaurant. According to reports, since the launch of the restaurant rating work in 2002, a total of 1,400 national-level restaurants have been selected across the country, including 800 five-diamond restaurants.
